12" Black Iron Pan / Deep Pizza Pan (30.02cm)
Black iron is the term given to products made from mild steel, not to its colour. They are more robust than aluminium, especially when baking at very high temperatures. Black iron pans will need to be seasoned before use. Ideal for proofing dough.The rolled rim adds strength and eliminates sharp edges. Works well in deck ovens and are available in base diameters of 6″ to 20″.

- Flat Lid size for a 12" pan will be 14" (2 sizes bigger)
- Lock lid size will be matching the size of the pan, 12" lock lid fits 12" pizza pan
